What Are The Requirements/What Will I Be Doing?
• You must work hard to understand and follow the homePLUS sales process using our vast array of training resources and support.
• You will identify your customer needs while overcoming objections in a low-pressure and friendly way.
• You will learn our products and services and then thoroughly explain them to your customers.
• Of course, you will negotiate and close deals in a fun and successful way.
• You'll be responsible for generating custom price quotes and presenting them to your customers.
• There are financing applications, invoices, and reports that you'll be regularly responsible for processing.
• Put your personal touch on the showroom by helping arrange and maintain the way our products are displayed.
• Be creative and generate promotional material and sales tags that will be attractive to your customers.
• Instinctively, after training, you will regularly meet and exceed monthly sales quotas making more money for the store and your family!

What are the Qualifications Needed?
• Previous experience in sales or customer service - 2 years minimum
• Ability to learn and apply our sales process
• MUST be detail oriented

homePLUS is currently interviewing candidates qualified to fill a full-time position as a warehouse/delivery associate.

Full Time Position

We are looking for someone that considers themselves a perfect candidate for furniture assembly, and furniture/mattress in-home delivery. We are looking for someone who doesn't get worn out easily, who can handle an abundance of physical labor, and who shows considerable initiative.
